Carmen is an AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist with experience in supporting
children, adolescents, and young adults with neurodevelopmental conditions. She is
dedicated to helping her clients build the skills they need to thrive at home, in school,
and within their communities — including gross and fine motor development, sensory
regulation, and social-emotional skills.
She is passionate about collaborating with children and their families to support growth in
these areas, empowering meaningful participation and functional outcomes. She
embraces a holistic, client-centred approach, working closely with each individual and
understanding their goals within their natural environments.
Carmen strongly values parent coaching, supporting families to better understand their
child’s needs, while fostering confidence, independence, and positive change in
everyday life. Her practice is firmly grounded in neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-
based principles, recognising and celebrating each individual’s unique abilities, and
working to build on these strengths to support their development and wellbeing.
