Juliet Stacpool


Juliet graduated from La Trobe University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Health Sciences and Master of Physiotherapy Practice. She has since worked across various areas of paediatric Physiotherapy at Monash Children’s Hospital and the Victorian Paediatric Rehabilitation Service, in addition to providing clinical supervision to junior paediatric Physiotherapists and students.

She has worked with infants and children with a wide range of conditions including neurological (e.g., Cerebral Palsy, CMT, Acquired Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury), genetic conditions, developmental delay and cardiorespiratory conditions (e.g., Cystic Fibrosis). She is also experienced in infant developmental assessment and experienced in orthopedic conditions such as plagiocephaly, torticollis and hip dysplasia.

Juliet is committed to ongoing professional development, always striving to expand her knowledge and skills in evidence-based practice to help the families she works with to the best of her potential. She has completed a series of postgraduate modules through Monash University including the ‘Advancing Skills in Paediatric Physiotherapy’ Infants and Neonates and Cerebral Palsy modules. She has also completed postgraduate training in the Hammersmith Infant Neurological Examination, Royal Children’s ‘Aqua Kids’ paediatric hydrotherapy course and vestibular rehabilitation.

Juliet is passionate about working with children to achieve their dreams and highest potential. In particular she has a special interest in working with children with additional needs to develop their bike riding skills. She has also volunteered in Para Athletics Classification for Athletics Victoria. Juliet loves being creative and coming up with fun new ways of bringing therapy into the home, pool or playground.
