Lisa is a Mental Health Endorsed Occupational Therapist with 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults to improve their mental health, wellbeing, and participation in everyday life. She works with people aged 3 years through to adulthood, supporting a wide range of mental health concerns and neurodivergent experiences, including anxiety, emotional regulation, ADHD, autism, trauma, and other challenges that can impact daily life.
Lisa understands that every person’s story is unique. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, and she aims to create a safe and supportive space where clients and families feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together with clients, she focuses on building practical strategies, confidence, and meaningful skills that help people thrive at home, at school, at work, and in their communities.
